The Ayaan Institute is offering an exciting opportunity to participate in a paid research internship this summer and enhance your learning and skills. The 12 week programme will allow you to develop your research skills while contributing to a number of ongoing and future research projects. This important work will lay foundations for key projects and that Ayaan will pursue leading to real change aligned to global issues affecting the Ummah.
There are 3 positions available depending on your research interests:
- Economics and trade in the Muslim world
- The Global Muslim refugee crisis
- Muslim communities in the UK
The internships will run for 10-12 weeks over the summer period (June, July and August) and successful applicants will be paid the London living wage of £19,747 pro/rata. The candidates will be working remotely but must be available to work the equivalent of 2 days per week.
