Our Expertise

Our extensive range of experts enables us to produce a wide range of independent and rigorous analysis of critical global, regional and country-specific challenges and opportunities. Through this we aim to research, develop and promote practical strategies and policy options to help create a more independent, united, and cohesive Muslim world. Our specific work will focus on the following areas:

Research and Policy
The Institute aims to further develop the thinking set out in the paper, Creating a New Civilisation of Islam, including the social and economic dimensions of the reconstruction of the Ummah. Through this we will work on developing practical strategies, policies, recommendations and projects to steer Muslim nation states into a Ummah centric and unification direction and countering efforts to undermine that. Some of our specific work will focus on the following;

  • To research and publish analysis on major international issues facing Muslims and promote resolution of conflicts and issues within and between Muslim nations.
  • To promote trade, business, education and cultural exchange between Muslims from different countries.

Analysis and Comment
The Institute aims to provide expert insight and analysis on major international issues facing Muslims. This will be done by publishing content on our website and social media platforms including commentary on current affairs, writing in depth articles, webinars with expert guests and the production of videos. Some of the areas of interest will include;

  • Insights into major global issues of interest to Muslims, the Muslim world and possible options on dealing with challenges and building unification.
  • Cutting edge analysis of Western, Chinese, Indian, Russian policies and their impact in the Muslim world and how to counter them.

Through this the Institute aims to stimulate fresh thinking and debate about the social, political, and economic situation of the Muslim world and solutions to current problems.
