Mohammed Hassan

Mohammed Hasan holds a BSc from the London School of Economics and is currently completing his MSc at NYU’s Stern Business School. He currently works for GlobalData, a business intelligence provider based in London, where he is a Research Analyst on their financial services team. With a strong background in social sciences and financial modelling Mohammed is a seasonsed writer and analyst, able to integrate historical narratives, financial data, and thematic analysis to explain changes in economics, politics, and business.

Mohammed’s primary area of interest is the United States and it’s relations with the rest of the world. His academic dissertations have focused on the role of the United States in the 20th and 21st centuries, and have examined the uniformity of regional economic recovery following the Great Depression and the political, military, and economic relationships the US has had with Saudi Arabia and Iran since 1900.

Oustide work he is a keen skier, avid reader, and due to being perpetually injured, a reluctant marathon runner.
